Mango Mousse

Mango mousse is light tropical flavored dessert which every body must try once . Let the magic of gelatin work and you enjoy yummy dessert of mangoes.
Mango Mousse
Ingredients
Eggs 2
Milk 200 ml
Gelatin 8 gms
Sugar 60 gms
Rich cream 100 gms
Mango pulp 75 gms
Yellow or orange food color as required
Cherries, mango slices for garnishing
Method
Beat egg, sugar, milk over double boiler and make custard. Transfer custard in a bowl and let it cool. Melt gelatin, dissolve in little water and double boil it too. Add gelatin to the custard, cream, mango pulp and food color. Pour it in dessert mould, set it refrigerator and serve chilled. Before serving garnish it with fresh cream, cherries and mango slice.
