Pepper powder (kali mirch powder) to taste
Green chillies 4-5, finely chopped

Peanut Curd Chutney

Roasted peanuts (groundnuts) 100 gms, soaked in warm water for half an hour
Garlic flakes 4-6, chopped
Green chillies 2-3, chopped
Coriander leaves 2-3 sprigs
Curry leaves 2 sprigs
Mustard seeds (rai) ½ tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Curd (dahi) 1 cup
Cumin seeds (jeera) ½ tsp
Salt to taste

Raisins (kishmish) 2 tsp
Cardamom (elaichi) 6-8, grounded
Sugar 6 oz
Salt to taste
Vinegar ½ cup
Red chilli powder (lal mirch powder) 1 tsp
Curry leaves 2 sprigs
Cloves (lavang) 5-6
Garlic 2-3 flakes, chopped
Onion 1 small, chopped
Oil 1 tbsp

Dhania Chutney / Coriander Chutney

Mint leaves (pudina leaves) 1 small bunch
Coriander leaves (dhania leaves) 2 bunch
Green chillies 4-5
Onion 2 small
Garlic cloves 4-5
Cumin seeds (jeera) 1 tsp
Ginger paste ½ tsp
Lime juice 1 ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Water if needed.
