Tomato 1 kg, finely cut
Cumin seeds (jeera) 50 gms
Coriander seeds (sabut dhania) 50 gms
Coconut powder 50 gms
Ginger, garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder (lal mirch powder) 1 tbsp
Onion 3, finely chopped
Tamarind paste 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Boiled eggs 3
For seasoning
Oil 4 tbsp
Cumin seeds (jeera) 1 tbsp
Garlic 7-10 cloves
Curry leaves 2-3 sprigs
Red chillies 5-6
