Fresh coriander (dhania leaves) 2 tbsp, finely chopped
Coriander powder (dhania powder) 1 tsp
Eggs 3, beaten
Garlic cloves 2-3, crushed
Corn flour 50 gms
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Oil for cooking

Peppery Lobster

Soya sauce 1 tsp
Garlic cloves 5, finely chopped
