Turmeric powder (haldi) 1/2tsp
Black pepper powder (kali mirch powder)1 tsp
Salt as needed
Red chilli powder (lal mirch powder) 2 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp, chopped
Garlic 1 tbsp, chopped
Green chillies 4-5 nos, slit
Fenugreek (methi) 1 tsp, roasted and powdered
Vinegar 3 tsp
Gingelly oil (til ka oil)

Cumin powder (jeera powder) 75 gms

Tamarind (imli) 25 gms, grounded to paste
