French beans 250 gms, finely chopped
Bengal gram (chana dal) ½ cup, soaked overnight
Turmeric powder (haldi) ½ tsp
Green chillies 3-4, finely chopped
Red chilles 3-4
Mustard seeds (rai) 1 tsp
Asafetida (heeng) 2 pinches
Desiccated fresh coconut ½ cup
Curry leaves 2 sprigs
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
