Bengal gram flour (besan) 1 cup
Onion 1, finely chopped
Potato 1, boiled and mashed
Paneer 100 gms, crumbled
Green chillies 2-3 nos, chopped
Coriander leaves (dhania leaves) 1 bunch
Pepper powder (kali mirch powder) 1 tsp
Water to cook
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Ginger minced 1 tsp
Garlic minced 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Red chilli powder (lal mirch powder) ½ tsp
Green chilli minced 4 nos
Ghee salt to taste

Stuffed Palak Paratha / Stuffed Spinach Paratha

Wheat flour (ghenhu ka atta) 2 cups
Salt to taste
Spinach leaves (palak leaves) 2 bunch, pureed
Lemon juice ½ tsp
Oil
For stuffing
Cottage cheese (paneer) 100 gms
Coriander leaves (dhania levaes) 1 tbsp
Green chillies chopped 3-4 nos
Ginger paste ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Stuffing
Mix all the stuffing and keep it aside.
