Salt to taste
Water for kneading
Stuffing
Pepper powder (kali mirch powder) ½ tsp
Coriander leaves (dhania leaves) 1 bunch chopped
Eggs boiled and mashed 4 nos
Salt to taste
Oil or ghee for frying

Mint leaves (pudina leaves) few leaves
Ginger minced 1 tsp
Garlic minced 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Red chilli powder (lal mirch powder) ½ tsp
Green chilli minced 4 nos
Ghee salt to taste

Green chillies chopped finely 4-5 nos
Coriander leaves (dhania leaves) 1 tbsp
Mint leaves (pudina leaves) 1 tsp
