Gram flour (besan) 2 cups
Sugar 4 cups
Cardamom powder (elaichi powder) 1 tsp
Melon seeds 1 tsp
Saffron 3-4 strands

All purpose flour (maida) 5 tbsp sieved
Cottage cheese (paneer) 4 tbsp grated
