Bread Khuskhus Vada

Poppy seeds (khuskhus) 50 gms, soaked in ½ cup milk
Bread slices 2-3, sides removed
Gram flour (besan) 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds (jeera) 1/2 tbsp
Green chilli 3-4, finely chopped
Garlic flakes 6-8, finely chopped
Mint leaves (pudina leaves), chopped
Curry leaves 2 sprigs
Onion 1 small size, finely chopped
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Curd (dahi) 2 cups
Pepper powder (kali mirch powder) ½ tsp
Red chilli powder (lal mirch powder) ½ tsp
Cumin powder (jeera powder) ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Khatta meetha Tamarind chutney (imli chutney) 1 small cup
Chaat masala ½ tsp
Coriander leaves (dhania leaves) 1 small bunch, finely chopped
