Hazelnut Truffles

Ingredients

For Truffles

Fresh cream ½ cup
Hazelnuts (pahadi badam) 40 gms, roasted
Dark chocolate 250 gms, for truffle filling

For Dipping

Dark tempered chocolate 250 gms, for dipping

Method

Boil cream over double boiler, keep stirring continuously. Remove from heat, add chocolate pieces and stir till it melts completely. Let it cool at room temperature. Divide the truffles into 30 equal sized balls in paper cups and place hazelnut in centre, refrigerate till firm. Once set remove from paper cups and again dip into melted dark chocolate and place it again over paper cups or trays to set. Refrigerate, Hazelnut Truffles are ready.
