Strawberries in Chocolate Bag

Ingredients

Strawberry 1 tin
Strawberry wafers 8-10 nos
White chocolate 250 Gms
Plain chocolate 300 Gms
Margarine1 tbsp
Powdered sugar 2 tbsp
Fresh cream 200 Gms
Hazel nut, pistachios and almonds coarsely chopped ¼ cup
Aluminum foil cut into 4”-5” squares
Strawberries chopped ½ cup.

Method

Melt white chocolate over double boiler. To this mix add the coarsely chopped Hazel nut, pistachios and almonds and mix well. Take strawberries dip or coat this mix one by one and place in a tray to set. In another bowl crumble the wafers. When the strawberry white ball mix is still wet, roll it over the crumbled wafers.

Now in another pan melt the plain chocolate and margarine over double boiler. Take aluminum foil apply this chocolate mix and place the wafer rolled strawberry balls in the center. Fold it to the top so that it forms a bag shape. Place this in refrigerator to set for few hrs and store.

How to serve

Beat fresh cream with sugar till it becomes fluffy. Remove the foil and Place the chocolate bags on a tray. Pour cream and garnish with chopped strawberries.
