Banana Bread Crumble

This crumble is everyone’s dream delight; the cinnamon gives subtle aroma and brings in explosion of flavor, a delectable treat for all banana lovers.

Banana Bread Crumble

Category- Non-Vegetarian

Ingredients

Milk bread 4 slices
Butter 50 gms, softened
Eggs 2
Banana 1 large, sliced
Milk 450 ml
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Cinnamon powder (dalchini powder) ½ tsp
Brown sugar 75 gms
Sugar, regular 3 tbsp

Method

Apply butter over the bread slices and cut the slices into four equal pieces. Arrange the buttered slices in oven proof dish with butter side up and top it with banana slices.

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, milk and cinnamon powder (dalchini powder). In another bowl mix corn flour with little milk until and then add it to egg mix. Pour this mixture over bread and bananas. Sprinkle extra sugar on top, bake in oven at 180 deg C for about 30 minutes, until the banana bread crumble is set and it looks, warm, crispy, serve.
