Grilled Pakoras

For the calorie conscious people, grilled Pakoras are the ultimate solution to oil laden Pakoras. Enjoy guilt free nibbles, have oil free Pakoras cooked over hot grill at tea time.
Grilled Pakoras
Ingredients
Gram flour (besan) 1 cup
Brinjal or Courgette 1, finely sliced
Green chillies 3-4, finely chopped
Fresh coriander leaves (dhania leaves) 1 tbsp, finely chopped
Onion medium 1, finely choppes
Salt to taste
Baking soda 1 pinch
Olive oil ½ tsp
Water
Oil for greasing
Method
Mix all the ingredients together and knead the flour into stiff dough by adding little water. Grease foil paper lightly and place spoonful of prepared mixture in it. Place the mixture under grill for 30 minutes and turn the Pakoras after 15 minutes, serve hot with chutney.
