Cream Chicken

Ingredients

Chicken 1 kg (breasts and legs only)
Tomato puree ¼ kg
Tomato sauce ½ cup
Red chilli powder (lal mirch powder) 1 tbsp
Fresh thick cream ½ cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Onions 3, finely sliced
Salt to taste

Method

Heat oil in a pan and fry the sliced onion till they turn golden. Add chicken pieces, Red chilli powder (lal mirch powder) and salt. Stir occasionally. When the chicken turns brown add the tomato puree and the tomato sauce, cover the lid and let it cook over low heat. Once the chicken gets cooked, open the lid, stir once. Add the fresh cream. Leave the pan open. This will prevent the cream from curdling. Serve with rotis or rice.
