Prawn Koftas

Ingredients
Prawns 1 kg
Onions 6 nos
Eggs 6 nos
Coriander seeds (dhania sabut) 1 tsp
Green chillies 10-12 nos
Turmeric powder (haldi) 1 tsp
Coriander leaves (dhania leaves) 1 small bunch
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method
Clean and shell the prawns. Mince it finely and keep aside. Ground onions, green chillies, coriander seeds (sabut dhania) together. Beat eggs till they become frothy. Mix all the ingredients well. The prawns should be well coated with the masalas. Add the chopped coriander leaves (dhania leaves), turmeric (haldi) and slat. Heat oil in pan make small balls of the mixture and fry till they become golden brown. Remove excess oil in absorbent paper. Serve with sauce, chutneys.
Tips- Tikkas can be made from the above mix. It is best substitute for sea food cutlet and can be eaten in sandwich or burgers.
