Paneer Fingers

Ingredients
Paneer 200 gms, grated
Cheese 2 cubes, grated
Pavs (Indian bread bun) 2
Onion 1 small, finely chopped
Green chillies 2-3, finely chopped
Red chilli powder (lal mirch powder) 1 tsp
Lemon juice ½ tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Coriander leaves (dhania leaves) 1 small bunch
Red food color 1 pinch
Salt to taste
Water
Oil for frying
Method
Soak pav (Indian bread bun) in salt water for ½ minute and squeeze out excess of water. In a vessel add cheese, paneer, wet pav, onion, green chillies, red chilli powder (lal mirch powder), lemon juice, garam masala, coriander leaves (dhania leaves), red food color and salt. Knead well so that all the ingredients get mixed evenly and make smooth dough. Take small quantity of dough and shape into finger like shaped pieces and deep fry in hot oil. Serve with sauce or green mint chutney.
