Menthe Dosa/ Fenugreek Dosa

Ingredients

Black gram (urad dal) 1 cup
Rice 3 cups
Fenugreek seeds (methi) ½ tsp
Beaten rice (poha) ½ cup
Salt to taste

Method

Wash Black gram (urad dal), rice, fenugreek seeds (methi) and beaten rice (mota poha) and soak them in water for 5-6 hrs. Grind it together and add salt. Leave it for fermentation overnight. Adjust the consistency of batter to make dosa. Set dosas are thicker than the regular dosas. Menthe dosa could be served with sambar and coconut chutney.
