Stuffed Potato Parathas / Aaloo Parathas

Ingredients
Wheat flour (Ghenhu ka atta) 2 cups
Salt to taste
Water for kneading
Oil
For stuffing
Potatoes ½ kg boiled and peeled
Coriander leaves (dhania leaves) ½ cup, small
Red Chilly powder (lal mirch powder) 1 tsp
Turmeric powder (haldi) ½ tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method
Heat oil in a pan add boiled mashed potatoes and sauté for 1 minute, now add red chilly powder (lal mirch powder), turmeric powder (haldi), garam masala powder and salt. Cook till all the ingredients get mixed thoroughly. Finally add the coriander leaves (dhania leaves). Keep aside this mixture this is for stuffing.
In a bowl mix flour and salt and make dough by kneading well with water. Divide this dough into equal parts and roll into rounds. Place the stuffing in centre, fold them on the sides and seal them. Now roll them again on floured surface into thick parathas. Heat pan (tawa) put the rolled out dough and cook both the sides applying butter or oil, till they turn light brown on both the sides serve hot with curries or chutneys
