Set Dosa

Ingredients

Beaten rice (mota poha) 1 cup
Rice 1 cup
Butter milk 1 cups
Salt to taste

Method

Wash rice and beaten rice (mota poha) and soak them in butter milk for 2 hrs. Grind it together and add salt. Leave it for fermentation overnight. Adjust the consistency of batter to make dosa. Set dosas are thicker than the regular dosas. Set dosa could be served with sambar and coconut chutney.
