Kasturi Paneer

Ingredients
Onions 1, chopped
Tomatoes 4, pureed
Paneer cubes 250 gms
Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
Garam masala powder ¼ tsp
Fennel powder (saunf powder) ½ tsp
Coriander powder (dhania powder) ½ tsp
Red chilli powder (lal mirch powder) ½ tsp
Green chillies 2, slit
Fenugreek leaves (methi leaves) 4 tsp, chopped
Suya leaves 2 tsp, chopped
Cashew nut paste (kaju paste) 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
Method
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions for 1 minute, add the ginger garlic paste. After sautéing it for 1 minute add the fenugreek leaves (methi leaves), tomato puree followed by all the masalas. Stir fry for few minutes and add the cashew nut paste (kaju paste). Cook well add the paneer cubes followed by suya leaves. Serve hot with nan, parathas.
